Qualifications

• 8+ years of sales experience with a track record of exceeding quota.
• 3+ years of recent sales management, hiring and leading professionals.
• Deeply networked in the region's advertising, brand, and agency ecosystem with decision-makers.
• A player-coach who closes deals today and scales a team in early-stage growth.
• Based in the region, or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle for strategic accounts, including prospecting, demos, and closing high-impact deals.
• Hire, mentor, and lead a team of 5+ Account Executives with day-to-day coaching.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline of advertiser and agency accounts.
• Translate creative AI tools into clear value and ROI for marketing, brand, and creative teams.
• Partner with marketing, product, and customer success to refine go-to-market motion and feed product insight.
• Refine regional playbooks to grow the footprint.
