Job summary

Dow is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to support small-to-medium customers and manage distribution in the Pacific Northwest region. The role involves leading regional sales activities, defining sales territories, and coordinating with production and supply chain to forecast demand.

You will generate leads, negotiate pricing strategies, build relationships across organizations, and drive cross-functional collaboration to achieve CX results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant military experience at or above US E5 or Canadian rank.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Must be able to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share in the market.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan delivering volume and value; align sales plan with marketing plan.
