Danfoss is looking for a Sales Development Manager to expand our data center and electrification footprint in the Raleigh area. You will identify opportunities, build relationships with customers, and coordinate with engineers to position our power conversion solutions for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Engineering or Business.
• Outside sales experience in related markets preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and pursue new opportunities within data center, power generation, and electrification markets.
• Develop and execute customer engagement strategies.
• Collaborate with application engineers and product specialists to align needs with products.
• Manage a sales pipeline, CRM activity, and provide forecasts and updates.
• Represent Danfoss at trade shows, events, and customer meetings.
