Danfoss is seeking a Sales Development Manager to expand presence in data center and electrification markets in the United States. You will cultivate relationships with customers, understand their energy challenges, and connect them with high-efficiency power conversion solutions.

In this role, you will collaborate with product and application engineers, manage a sales pipeline, and participate in industry events to broaden market reach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business required.
• Experience in outside sales within energy-related markets preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and pursue new opportunities in data center, power generation, and electrification markets.
• Develop and execute customer engagement strategies to position Danfoss as a preferred partner.
• Collaborate with engineers and product specialists to align needs with solutions.
• Manage sales pipeline, CRM activity, and provide opportunity forecasts.
• Represent Danfoss at trade shows and events, coordinating with distributors and teams.
