Job summary

Koch Specialty Plant Services (KSPS) is seeking a Sales & Business Development Leader based in KSPS offices (Houston, Tulsa, Wichita, or Baton Rouge). You will lead the sales organization to deliver profitable revenue growth across the KSPS portfolio, develop strategies, and drive disciplined opportunity management from prospecting to contract awards.

Travel approximately 30%. This role partners with Service Line Leaders and Commercial Operations to maintain forecasting accuracy and governance.

Qualifications

Experience with account planning and developing executive-level customer relationships.
Experience in new business development, including developing opportunity strategies and leading major pursuits.
Experience using CRM systems, such as Salesforce, to manage opportunity pipelines and sales forecasting.
Experience with value-based selling and contract and pricing negotiations.

Responsibilities

Lead a high-performing sales team that delivers profitable growth and strengthens customer relationships.
Develop and execute sales strategies to expand customer relationships and market share.
Partner with sales teams on key customer relationships and major pursuits to improve win rates.
Collaborate with Service Line Leaders, Commercial Operations, and other teams to align growth priorities and ensure execution of commitments.
