Job summary

Koch Specialty Plant Services (KSPS) seeks a Sales & Business Development Leader to guide the sales organization toward profitable revenue growth across the KSPS portfolio. The role will develop strategies, lead the Business Development and Account Management teams, and manage opportunities from prospecting through contract award.

Based in a KSPS office (Houston, Tulsa, Wichita, or Baton Rouge) with ~30% travel.

Qualifications

• Experience with account planning, account management, and developing executive-level customer relationships.
• Experience in new business development, including developing opportunity strategies and leading major pursuits.
• Experience using CRM systems, such as Salesforce, to manage opportunity pipelines and sales forecasting.
• Experience with value-based selling and contract and pricing negotiations.
• Experience developing talent through coaching and/or mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Lead & Develop the Sales Organization by building, developing, and leading a high-performing sales team.
• Drive Growth & Commercial Performance by developing and executing sales strategies to expand relationships and achieve revenue and bookings targets.
• Lead Strategic Customer & Pursuit Activities by partnering with sales teams on key customer relationships and major pursuits.
• Cross-Functional Leadership by aligning growth priorities with other functional teams to ensure execution of commitments.
