Job summary

Koch Specialty Plant Services (KSPS) seeks a Sales & Business Development Leader to drive profitable revenue growth across the KSPS portfolio. Lead the sales organization, develop strategies, manage opportunities, and guide account management and major pursuits from prospect to contract award.

Qualifications

Experience with account planning and account management.
Experience in developing executive-level customer relationships.
Experience in new business development and pursuing major opportunities.
Experience using CRM systems to manage pipelines and forecasting.
Experience with value-based selling and negotiating contracts/pricing.
Experience developing talent through coaching and mentoring.
