Job summary

Koch Specialty Plant Services (KSPS) is seeking a Sales & Business Development Leader to steer a high-performing sales organization toward profitable revenue growth. You will develop and execute strategies, lead Business Development and Account Management, and drive disciplined opportunity management from prospecting to contract award.

You will partner with Service Line Leaders to achieve growth, maintain forecasting accuracy, and ensure pipeline discipline.

Qualifications

Experience with account planning and account management.
Experience in new business development and leading major pursuits.
Experience using CRM systems, such as Salesforce, to manage opportunity pipelines and sales forecasting.
Experience with value-based selling and contract and pricing negotiations.
Experience developing talent through coaching and/or mentoring.

Responsibilities

Lead the sales organization to deliver profitable revenue growth across KSPS portfolio.
Develop and execute sales strategies to expand customer relationships and market share.
Maintain a healthy opportunity pipeline with disciplined pursuit execution.
Partner with Service Line Leaders and Operations to align growth priorities and ensure execution of customer commitments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify integrated solutions for shared customers.
