Job summary

Koch Specialty Plant Services (KSPS) is seeking a Sales & Business Development Leader to guide the sales organization and deliver profitable revenue growth across the KSPS portfolio. You will develop strategies, lead the Business Development and Account Management teams, and drive disciplined opportunity management from prospect identification through contract award.

Based in a KSPS office (Houston, Tulsa, Wichita, or Baton Rouge) with ~30% travel, you will partner with Service Line Leaders to

• Experience with account planning and managing executive-level customer relationships.
• Experience in new business development and leading major pursuits.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to manage pipelines and forecasts.
• Experience with value-based selling and negotiations of contracts/pricing.
• Experience coaching and mentoring to develop talent.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing sales team delivering profitable growth.
• Foster accountability, continuous improvement, and principled leadership through coaching.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand relationships and revenue.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline with disciplined qualification and pursuit execution.
