Job summary

Koch Specialty Plant Services (KSPS) seeks a Sales & Business Development Leader to guide the sales organization in delivering profitable revenue growth across the KSPS portfolio. You will craft and implement sales strategies, lead the Business Development and Account Management teams, and drive disciplined opportunity management from prospecting through contract award.

Qualifications

Experience with account planning, account management, and developing executive-level customer relationships.
Experience in new business development, including developing opportunity strategies and leading major pursuits.
Experience using CRM systems, such as Salesforce, to manage opportunity pipelines and sales forecasting.
Experience with value-based selling and contract and pricing negotiations.
Experience developing talent through coaching and/or mentoring.

Responsibilities

Lead sales organization to deliver profitable revenue growth across KSPS portfolio.
Develop and execute sales strategies to expand customer relationships and market share.
Maintain a healthy pipeline with disciplined opportunity qualification and pursuit execution.
