Job summary

RRD in Tempe, AZ, is seeking a results‑driven sales professional to promote Commercial Print, Packaging, Labels and Direct Mail products and services, and to grow revenue from new and existing accounts.

You will generate leads, initiate prospect calls, and establish ongoing rapport with clients to achieve revenue targets. A Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of sales experience, including presenting to C-level executives and proficiency with Salesforce, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a discipline related to function of work.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience in sales.
• Ability to present to C-Level and Senior Management Executives, excellent written & verbal communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Pursue sales leads; visit existing and new customers who may be of strategic importance to the organization.
• Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services.
• Respond to more complex customer inquiries; negotiate prices and delivery times and conclude sales orders to meet revenue targets.
• Identify, research, and contact prospective customers and build positive relationships to generate future sales and repeat business.
• Develop long-term sales plans for key customers and monitor activities to meet objectives.
• Establish sales plans and schedule activities to meet targets.
• Coach and mentor less experienced sales representatives to achieve targets.
