RRD in Dallas seeks an experienced Sales professional to grow revenue around Commercial Print, Packaging, Labels, and Direct Mail. You will generate leads, establish rapport with existing and potential customers, and drive sales growth across strategic accounts across markets.

You will forecast revenue, maintain Salesforce records, and mentor junior reps. Strong presentation skills to C-level executives and a proven sales track record are essential for success in this role.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years of sales experience.
• Ability to present to C-Level and senior executives; strong written and verbal skills.
• Experience in Commercial Print, Packaging & Labels or Direct Mail is preferred.
• Ability to identify elements and alternatives to develop solutions.
• Organize resources and prioritize to implement effective solutions.
• Strong communication across organization levels to negotiate outcomes.
• Willingness to continuously learn about RRD products and services.
• Familiar with Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Pursue sales leads and visit customers who may be strategic for the organization.
• Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services.
• Respond to inquiries, negotiate prices and delivery times, and close sales orders to meet targets.
• Identify, research, and contact prospective customers to generate future business.
• Refer sales leads and feedback to appropriate contacts to respond to market changes.
• Develop long-term sales plans for key customers and adapt activities.
• Establish sales plans and schedule activities to meet targets.
• Coach and mentor junior sales reps to achieve their targets.
• Recommend additional solutions and services to clients to showcase advantages of offerings.
• Partner with internal resources to execute deliverables timely.
• Provide extraordinary service throughout the sales process.
• Forecast accurately and maintain Salesforce records.
• Perform other duties and participate in special projects.
