Job summary

RR Donnelley & Sons in Dallas seeks a seasoned sales professional to drive revenue for Commercial Print, Packaging, Labels and Direct Mail. You will build relationships with existing accounts and pursue new leads to meet aggressive targets.

The role requires presenting to C-level executives, negotiating terms, and developing strategic plans. You will forecast in Salesforce and mentor junior reps, with a strong draw and commission structure offering substantial earning potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in sales.
• Ability to present to C-Level/Senior Management with strong communication.
• Experience in Commercial Print, Packaging & Labels or Direct Mail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pursue sales leads and visit customers of strategic importance.
• Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services.
• Negotiate prices and delivery times; close sales orders.
• Develop long-term sales plans for key customers and monitor activity.
• Forecast accurately and maintain Salesforce.com records.
• Coach and mentor less experienced sales representatives.
• Refer leads and competitive insights to optimize responses.
