Paychex is hiring a revenue-driven sales professional to secure profitable solutions for new and existing customers through Alterna Capital Solutions, a Paychex Company. You will present services, identify opportunities, and drive growth for a diverse client base.

You will build lasting client relationships, attend and lead sales efforts at trade shows, and partner with marketing and other departments to ensure successful implementation and service delivery.

Formación

• H.S. Diploma - Required.
• Associate's Degree preferred.
• Some travel required - 40% of the time
• Must be customer focused, proactive, motivated, results focused and able to work under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Present services and solutions to potential new clients. This requires identifying potential services for client, follow up for potential and timing, participation in structuring funding and service package, negotiating and closing on appropriate sales.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and make clients aware of additional new products. Follow up, negotiate and close sales on additional or new products for existing clients.
• Attend and lead sales efforts at trade shows.
• Facilitate a high level of ongoing customer service.
• Partner with other departments to ensure best possible implementation and service for internal and external clients.
• Partner with marketing to identify markets and maximize marketing efforts.
• Meets sales goals in numbers and dollar volume.
• Provides excellent customer service – both internal and external.
• Ability to complete basic analysis for potential clients and supports established procedures for customer approval and set up.
• Successful completion of credit approvals on accounts.
• Timely and accurate completion of tasks is maintained in organized, effective, and positive manner.
