Job summary

Paychex seeks a driven Revenue Growth Associate to secure profitable solutions for new and existing customers. This role focuses on presenting services, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth across the portfolio.

You will collaborate with multiple teams to tailor growth capital solutions, participate in trade shows, and ensure excellent customer service while meeting quarterly sales objectives and contributing to Paychex’s One Paychex vision.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused, proactive, motivated, results-driven and able to work under pressure.
• Minimum high school diploma required; an associate degree preferred.
• Some travel required.

Responsibilities

• Present services and solutions to potential new clients, identify appropriate services, follow up for potential and timing, participate in structuring funding and service packages, negotiate and close on sales.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and promote additional products; follow up, negotiate and close on new or existing offerings.
• Attend and lead sales efforts at trade shows.
• Facilitate a high level of ongoing customer service.
• Partner with other departments to ensure best possible implementation and service for internal and external clients.
• Partner with marketing to identify markets and maximize marketing efforts.
• Meet sales goals in numbers and dollar volume.
• Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external clients.
• Perform basic analysis for potential clients and support approved processes; complete credit approvals on accounts.
• Complete tasks in an organized, effective, and positive manner.
