Job summary

Paychex is reimagining workforce management and seeks a revenue-growth oriented sales professional for Alterna Capital Solutions. You will present services to potential clients and tailor funding and service packages to close profitable deals.

This full-time role requires up to 40% travel, strong customer focus, proactive attitude, and ability to work under pressure. Starting base pay is $100,000–$120,000 per year plus commission; total rewards vary by location and experience.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma required.
• Associate's Degree preferred.
• Some travel required - 40% of the time.
• Must be customer focused, proactive, motivated, results focused and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Present services and solutions to potential new clients, identify suitable services, follow up for potential and timing, participate in structuring funding and service package, negotiate and close on appropriate sales.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and upsell additional products; follow up, negotiate and close sales.
• Attend and lead sales efforts at trade shows.
• Provide high level ongoing customer service.
• Partner with other departments to ensure best possible implementation and service for clients.
• Partner with marketing to identify markets and maximize marketing efforts.
• Meet sales goals in numbers and dollar volume.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients.
• Complete basic analysis for potential clients and support established credit approval procedures.
