Precision Walls, Inc. is seeking a Division 10/12 Sales Estimator to join our team.

The role focuses on analyzing drawings to prepare detailed cost estimates for division 10 bathroom partitions and division 12 blinds, coordinating with engineers and architects to align pricing with profitability goals. You will collaborate with sales and project management to develop bids, communicate scope and pricing clearly, and ensure timely proposals.

• At least 2-3 year’s experience in the trade.

Responsibilities

• Accurately estimating project costs and analyzing materials, equipment, and labor requirements to prepare detailed cost estimates for bids and proposals.
• Collaborate with the sales team, project managers, and other stakeholders to create customized solutions for clients.
• Ensure proposals are submitted in a timely manner and in accordance with client specifications and deadlines.
• Clearly articulate the scope of work, pricing breakdowns, and value propositions in proposals to win new business.
• Communicate effectively with vendors to obtain product information, lead times, availability, and technical specifications.
• Participate in customer entertainment activities.
• Follow up with clients after proposal submissions to gather feedback and refine future estimates.
• Other duties as assigned.
