Job summary

Precision Walls, Inc. is seeking a Division 10/12 Sales/Estimator in Antioch, TN. You will analyze drawings, prepare complete cost estimates for Division 10 bathroom partitions and Division 12 blinds, and help win bids with accurate pricing.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in the trade.
• Detail oriented with an accounting mindset – Know your costs.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Computer and technology savvy.

Responsibilities

• Accurately estimating project costs and analyzing materials, equipment, and labor requirements.
• Collaborate with the sales team, project managers, and other stakeholders to create customized solutions.
• Ensure proposals are submitted in a timely manner and in accordance with client specifications and deadlines.
• Clearly articulate scope, pricing breakdowns, and value propositions in proposals to win new business.
• Communicate effectively with vendors to obtain product information, lead times, availability, and technical specifications.
• Participate in customer entertainment activities.
• Follow up with clients after proposal submissions to gather feedback and refine future estimates.
• Other duties as assigned.
