Job summary

Precision Walls, Inc. is seeking a Sales/Estimator to join our team in the construction industry.

You will communicate with clients, develop estimates and present feasibility studies, reading schematics and blueprints. The role requires strong communication, a growth mindset, and the ability to build lasting relationships, guiding subcontractors and architects while ensuring bid accuracy and timely proposals.

Qualifications

• Commercial drywall construction experience.
• Excellent communication in person, verbal, and written.
• Strong multi-tasking and focus.
• Growth mindset; team learner and leader.
• Dedicated to customer service and outgoing.
• Knowledge of drywall and ceiling industry labor, materials and methods.
• Attention to detail.
• Proficient with estimating software including Quick Bid and On-Screen Takeoff.
• Ability to build relationships for repeat business.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively as part of a team and understand sales and negotiating techniques.
• Develop and deliver presentations.
• Develop and present building estimates and feasibility studies.
• Read schematics, blueprints, and/or technical manuals.
• Provide technical guidance to architects, structural engineers, and independent building contractors.
• Negotiate and manage contractual arrangements.
