Job summary

Precision Walls, Inc. is seeking a Division 10 Sales/Estimator to prepare complete cost estimates from engineers' drawings and blueprints.

The role focuses on Division 10 (Bathroom Partitions) and Division 12 (Blinds) materials, collaborating with sales and project teams to create accurate bids and proposals. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in the trade, strong cost insight, and excellent organizational skills.

Qualifications

• At least 2–3 years of experience in the trade.
• Detail driven with an accounting mindset—know your costs.
• Excellent organizational skills—sequences and order.
• Computer and technology savvy.
• Proficient in reading blueprints and construction drawings.

Responsibilities

• Accurately estimating project costs and analyzing materials, equipment, and labor to prepare detailed cost estimates for bids and proposals.
• Collaborate with the sales team, project managers, and other stakeholders to create customized solutions for clients.
• Ensure proposals are submitted in a timely manner and in accordance with client specifications and deadlines.
• Clearly articulate the scope of work, pricing breakdowns, and value propositions in proposals to win new business.
• Communicate effectively with vendors to obtain product information, lead times, availability, and technical specifications.
• Participate in customer entertainment activities.
• Follow up with clients after proposal submissions to gather feedback and refine future estimates.
• Other duties as assigned.
