Precision Walls in Tennessee seeks a Division 10/12 Sales/Estimator to join our team. You will analyze drawings, prepare detailed estimates for Division 10 (Bathroom Partitions & Grab Rails) and Division 12 (Blinds), and craft competitive bids aligned with pricing strategies.

Work closely with engineers, architects, project managers, and the sales team to deliver accurate proposals on time. This role emphasizes accuracy, client focus, and effective vendor communications to win work.

Qualifications

• At least 2-3 year’s experience in the trade.
• Strong work ethic with ability to multi-task and focus.

Responsabilités

• Accurately estimating project costs and analyzing materials, equipment, and labor requirements to prepare detailed cost estimates for bids and proposals.
• Collaborate with the sales team, project managers, and other stakeholders to create customized solutions for clients.
• Ensure proposals are submitted in a timely manner and in accordance with client specifications and deadlines.
• Clearly articulate the scope of work, pricing breakdowns, and value propositions in proposals to win new business.
• Communicate effectively with vendors to obtain product information, lead times, availability, and technical specifications.
• Participate in customer entertainment activities.
• Follow up with clients after proposal submissions to gather feedback and refine future estimates.
• Other duties as assigned.
