Precision Walls, Inc. is seeking a Division 10/12 Sales/Estimator to join our team in Cary, NC.

The role focuses on interpreting engineers' and architects' drawings to prepare complete cost estimates for division 10 (Bathroom Partitions & Grab Rails) and division 12 (Blinds). You will collaborate with engineers, architects, and the sales team to deliver accurate, competitive bids, manage pricing strategies, and support the sales process from proposal to award.

Competenze

• 2–3 years’ experience in the trade.
• Strong work ethic with ability to multi-task.
• Detail driven with an accounting mindset – Know your costs.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Computer and technology savvy.

Mansioni

• Estimate project costs and analyze materials, equipment, and labor to prepare detailed cost estimates for bids.
• Collaborate with the sales team, project managers, and other stakeholders to create customized solutions for clients.
• Ensure proposals are submitted in a timely manner and in accordance with client specifications and deadlines.
• Clearly articulate the scope of work, pricing breakdowns, and value propositions in proposals to win new business.
• Communicate effectively with vendors to obtain product information, lead times, availability, and technical specifications.
• Participate in customer entertainment activities.
• Follow up with clients after proposal submissions to gather feedback and refine future estimates.
• Other duties as assigned.
