Precision Walls, Inc. is seeking a Division 1012 Sales Estimator to join our team.

You will study drawings and specifications to develop complete cost estimates for Division 10 bathroom partitions, grab rails, and Division 12 blinds, tailoring bids to meet pricing strategies. Responsibilities include collaborating with the sales team and project managers, preparing accurate proposals on time, and communicating with vendors.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in the trade.
• Detail oriented with an accounting mindset.
• Know your costs and pricing.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Employment contingent on background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Accurately estimating project costs and analyzing materials, equipment, and labor requirements to prepare detailed cost estimates for bids and proposals.
• Collaborate with the sales team, project managers, and other stakeholders to create customized solutions for clients.
• Ensure proposals are submitted in a timely manner and in accordance with client specifications and deadlines.
• Clearly articulate the scope of work, pricing breakdowns, and value propositions in proposals to win new business.
• Communicate effectively with vendors to obtain product information, lead times, availability, and technical specifications.
• Participate in customer entertainment activities.
• Follow up with clients after proposal submissions to gather feedback and refine future estimates.
• Other duties as assigned
