Precision Walls, Inc. is seeking a Division 10/12 Sales/Estimator to develop complete cost estimates from engineers' drawings and client requirements.

You will prepare competitive bids for Division 10 bathroom partitions and Division 12 blinds, working with the sales team to align with profitability goals. The role requires 2–3 years in the trade, strong cost-analysis skills, and the ability to coordinate with engineers, architects, vendors, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience estimating project costs from drawings and specs.
• Ability to analyze line items, labor, material, and equipment.
• Strong communication with sales, PMs, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Estimate costs for Division 10/12, including labor, materials, equipment, and specialty items.
• Prepare detailed proposals aligned with pricing strategies and profitability goals.
• Collaborate with sales, project managers, and vendors to deliver accurate bids.
• Submit proposals on time and clearly articulate scope and pricing.
