Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial refrigeration, with ammonia and/or CO₂ systems.
• Experience with estimating or familiarity with estimating process in industrial refrigeration.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Highly organized with proactive management of multiple opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and own relationships with general contractors.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the customer and our internal team.
• Ensure our company is invited to bid on applicable projects.
• Actively follow up on proposals after submission and drive them to award.
• Maintain strong organization and communication throughout the sales cycle.
• Coordinate internally to support estimating and proposal efforts.
