Job summary

ColonialWebb Contractors is seeking a Sales Engineer to manage strategic accounts and develop new client relationships in Chesapeake, Virginia. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in industrial refrigeration and must be comfortable handling customer interactions and proposals throughout the sales cycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in industrial refrigeration.
• Preferable familiarity with estimating in industrial refrigeration.
• Technical background in equipment related to ammonia and CO₂ systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with general contractors.
• Act as the main contact between customers and internal team.
• Follow up on proposals and drive them to award.
• Coordinate support for estimating and proposals.
