Job summary

You will lead the entire sales process, present capabilities, and own customer relationships, coordinating with internal teams to develop tailored strategies and ensure timely deployment of customer initiatives.

The role emphasizes proactive account management, ROI calculation, and collaboration with the Branch Manager/Sales Manager to achieve annual growth targets across customer programs.

• Meet or exceed annual growth expectations on a consistent basis
• Presents SMC capabilities and products to target customers
• Serve as primary contact for assigned customers and drive customer growth
• Represent customer needs within the organization
• Lead all aspects of the sales process and coordinate solution development
• Own and manage customer relationships and forecast performance
• Maintain strong relationships with key decision makers in designated accounts
• Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies with client goals
• Monitor project timelines and ensure successful deployment of customer initiatives
