SMC Corporation in the South Minneapolis territory is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to represent the company in developing new and current distributor accounts. The role requires building new relationships, increasing market share, and driving annual growth through proactive account management and strategic sales activities.

You will manage key OEM accounts, present SMC capabilities, and lead solution development with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience selling automation solutions to OEM accounts.
• Strong relationship-building with key decision makers at customer sites.
• Ability to develop and execute detailed customer action plans and forecasts.
• Proficient with CRM systems and regional/global data alignment.

Responsabilités

• Retain and profitably grow sales of medium to large OEM accounts.
• Meet or exceed annual growth targets.
• Present SMC capabilities and products to current and prospective customers.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned customers and drive growth.
• Lead all aspects of the sales process and collaborate with internal teams.
• Maintain and manage customer relationships and ROI calculations using SMC tools.
