Job summary

SMC is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer in Seattle to lead growth with OEM accounts and drive revenue through strategic automation solutions. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams, ongoing relationship building with top customers, and deployment of tailored sales strategies to meet growth targets.

You will manage complex deals, utilize SMC tools for forecasting and ROI analysis, and travel to customer sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Retains and grows sales through management of medium to large OEM accounts
• Meet or exceed annual growth expectations
• Presents SMC capabilities, services and products to customers
• Serves as primary contact for assigned customers and drives growth
• Represents customer needs within the organization
• Leads all aspects of the sales process with cross-functional support
• Owns and manages customer relationships
• Develops and executes detailed customer action plans and forecasts
• Maintains deep relationships with key decision makers in strategic accounts
• Utilizes CRM and SMC tools to ensure consistency and efficiency
• Completes market reports as information becomes available
• Manages assets and calculates ROI using RINGI process
• Completes required training and adheres to SMC sales philosophy
• Collaborates with internal teams to tailor client strategies and monitor milestones
