Job summary

Motorola Solutions' Silvus Technologies is seeking a Manager of Strategic Commercial Readiness & Onboarding to lead U.S. onboarding and enablement for the sales team, reporting to the Senior Director of Go to Market Mentorship.

You will drive readiness across technical solutions and business operations, coordinate with engineering, product and sales ops, and manage a calendar of refresher and advanced training across time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 4 years in Corporate Training, Instructional Design, Sales Operations, Business Enablement, or Program Management.
• Training & Enablement Experience: 3+ years delivering training programs, onboarding, or managing enablement platforms.

Responsibilities

• U.S. Program Execution: drive the GTM onboarding and enablement program for the U.S. sales team.
• Business Operations Training: develop modules on internal processes, tools, CRM workflows, and best practices.
• Collaborative Development & Optimization: partner with Sales, Engineering, Product and Operations to design and scale curriculum.
• Cross-Functional Expert Coordination: coordinate with SMEs to keep assets up-to-date and effective.
• Total Readiness Governance: maintain a Skill Matrix to identify gaps in knowledge and operations.
• Continuous Learning Management: manage recurring refresher and advanced skills training calendars.
• Operational Logistics: coordinate logistics and resources for national training programs across time zones.
• Field Readiness Mentoring: guide new hires in the field to achieve proficiency.
