Job summary

ProLift Toyota Material Handling is seeking a Sales Director of Warehouse Solutions to lead sales strategy, growth, profitability, and team performance for the division. The role partners with Operations Leadership to align solutions sold with our ability to execute and support projects.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in sales, 5+ years in leadership, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This position offers a path to build a high-performing sales organization and strategic customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of progressive sales experience in material handling or related industry.
• Minimum 5 years of sales leadership and people management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Warehouse Solutions sales strategy and annual sales plan.
• Lead and develop the Sales Consultants and Territory plans.
• Partner with Operations Leadership to ensure smooth handoff from sales to project execution.
• Build executive relationships with key customers and drive satisfaction.
• Coach and develop the sales team and succession planning.
• Promote company values and be an indispensable partner to customers and vendors.
