Job summary

Archetype Infrastructure Solutions (AIS) is seeking an experienced Sales Director to drive business development and revenue growth for the Data Center Workforce Solutions Division across the United States.

This senior sales role requires strong industry knowledge of the data center construction market and proven ability to build relationships with contractors, subcontractors, and infrastructure companies needing skilled labor for large projects. Travel across the U.S. will be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales or business development experience in data centers or related industries.
• Strong executive-level communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proven track record of generating new business and closing accounts.
• Willingness to travel nationwide in the United States.
• Experience selling workforce, staffing, labor, or subcontracting solutions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead AIS's sales strategy focused on data center workforce solutions.
• Identify upcoming and active data center construction projects across the U.S.
• Develop relationships with general contractors, electrical contractors, telecommunications contractors, low-voltage contractors, and other data center subcontractors.
• Sell skilled workforce solutions supporting data center construction and infrastructure projects.
• Develop new customer accounts and expand existing relationships.
• Build and manage a strong national sales pipeline.
• Work directly with executives, project managers, operations leaders, procurement teams, and other key decision-makers.
• Partner with AIS recruiting and operations to deliver qualified field personnel.
• Manage the sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution and account growth.
• Help establish AIS as a leading workforce solutions provider within the U.S. data center construction market.
