Archetype Infrastructure Solutions is seeking an Electrical Division Manager to develop, launch, and scale AIS's Electrical Workforce Solutions Division. The role blends business development, workforce strategy, recruiting leadership, client relationships, operations oversight, and financial accountability.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in data center electrical construction, strong industry connections, and a track record of driving revenue growth and workforce expansion.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of electrical construction, workforce solutions, staffing, or project leadership experience.
• Established relationships with electrical contractors, project executives, superintendents, foremen, and electricians.
• Deep understanding of mission-critical and data center construction environments.
• Proven ability to generate revenue and grow customer accounts.
• Experience building teams, processes and scalable operational systems.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and with executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development and strategy for AIS's Electrical Workforce Solutions Division.
• Oversee workforce strategy, recruiting leadership, and client support.
• Manage customer relationships, operations oversight, and financial accountability.
• Represent AIS's electrical division with key stakeholders and drive revenue growth.
