Arcadia Cold Storage is seeking a high-energy Sales Director to initiate contact with potential customers, promote services, and identify opportunities in a fast-growing environment with uncapped commission potential.

The role involves building regional relationships, partnering with operations to showcase Arcadia’s value, and delivering presentations and proposals to close new business. Strong CRM use and travel up to 75% are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 5+ years in supply chain / distribution / warehousing / transportation sales.
• Experience in sales, prospecting, lead generation, selling and closing new business.
• Experience in temperature-controlled warehousing or related industry is a plus.
• Hands-on CRM experience (Salesforce.com).
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Develop targeted action plans to generate new sales leads and prospects.
• Cultivate local and regional relationships with customers and related parties.
• Sell Arcadia's full suite of services across the network.
• Develop pricing and financial measures to meet margins.
• Maintain real-time CRM data and sales status updates.
• Create and deliver presentations and RFP responses for prospects.
• Collaborate with Solutions Implementation to onboard new accounts.
• Monitor KPIs and provide daily/weekly sales updates to management.
• Manage budget and expenses to meet targets.
