Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in sales coordination, inside sales, estimating/project quoting, sales operations, or a related role preferred.
• Experience within mechanical insulation, industrial construction, manufacturing, or distribution strongly preferred.
• Ability to read and understand project requirements, specifications, takeoffs, bills of material, and customer quote requests.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a high volume of active quotations and projects simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; proficient in Excel and CRM/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the coordination and preparation of project quotations for U.S. sales opportunities.
• Gather required project information, specifications, quantities, product requirements, and customer details for quotes.
• Coordinate pricing, lead times, freight considerations, and other project-specific requirements.
• Maintain a centralized project quotation and opportunity tracker for U.S. sales.
• Track projects from quotation through revisions, follow-up, award, and completion.
