Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Sr. Sales Analytics Analyst to design and deploy analytical solutions and scorecards for the division. You will lead multi-category requests, provide insights to field sales leaders, and coach junior analysts on the analytics team.

You will collaborate with BI colleagues to deliver best-in-class dashboards and reporting tools, translating complex data into actionable guidance for sales and growth strategies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales analytics and reporting.
• Proficiency with Circana, Nielsen and other syndicated data, Excel, PowerPoint and PowerBi data management and data visualization.
• Experience manipulating and deriving insights from large data sets.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy custom analytical solutions and dashboards for the Division Team.
• Lead multi-category requests and provide insights to field sales leaders.
• Coach, train, and onboard Analysts on the Sales Analytics team.
• Collaborate with BI Analysts to deliver dashboards and scorecards for stakeholders.
• Provide superior customer service and act as the analytics contact for sales.
