Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Sr Analyst, Commercial Development, Strategic Planning to deliver analytics that drive category growth and partner with customers. You will support planning, development and deployment of commercial strategies, collaborating across Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain to enable best‑in‑class execution through data‑driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months of experience in sales, customer-facing roles or relevant professional experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency with syndicated data for insight gathering.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills.
• Effective time management with minimal direction.
• Ability to influence without authority.
• Knowledge of Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain initiatives.
• Experience with Circana/Nielsen data and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze datasets and translate findings into actionable insights for strategic decision‑making.
• Support development and deployment of Commercial Action Plans (CAP) and New Item Execution Plans.
• Provide category and channel insights to customers and field sales teams.
• Prepare presentations and reporting to support business planning and execution.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure alignment and execution.
