Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Sales Analyst to empower the sales team with data-driven insights and actionable recommendations. You’ll collaborate with Customer Account Managers to support sales objectives and grow market share for Nestlé’s beloved brands.

The role requires 18+ months in retail sales or analytics, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and a strong business acumen to translate data into compelling presentations and strategic steps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate actionable insights that support the current business needs, inform strategic decisions, and drive profitable brand and category performance.
• Provide analytical recommendations and identify opportunities through syndicated data (Circana, Nielsen, point of sale) and other data resources.
• Exhibit category expertise by maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the category and the broader business landscape.
• Utilize data visualization and effective storytelling to help build sales presentations.
• Build & maintain 4P reporting & tools that are essential to the day-to-day operation of Nestlé’s customer account teams.
• Pull data for ad hoc analysis from various sources including syndicated data, retailer platforms, and internal resources.
