Job summary

Commercial Tool & Die (CTD) is seeking a proactive Sales Account Manager to represent CTD in Kentucky, with optional remote work for eligible accounts. Based in Comstock Park, MI, you will expand CTD's market share in plastic injection molds and tooling by building lasting customer relationships and delivering tailored solutions.

You will manage the sales pipeline, prepare quotes, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects meet customer standards and are delivered on time.

Qualifications

• Technical knowledge of the tool and die industry, including engineering processes.
• Proven sales experience in manufacturing and plastic injection molds.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships.
• Self-discipline and the drive to work autonomously in a remote, outside sales role.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software.
• High School diploma or GED (College education preferred).

Responsibilities

• Increase market share by promoting and selling CTD products/services to new and existing customers.
• Build long-term relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and price quotes while managing the sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure customer standards are met and projects are delivered on time.
