Commercial Tool Group is seeking a Sales Account Manager to represent CTD in Kentucky. The role focuses on expanding market share, building strong customer relationships, and driving revenue through a base salary plus commission.

The position requires entrepreneurial spirit, industry experience in tooling, and the ability to work autonomously in a remote outside sales role. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software is preferred.

Qualifications

• Technical knowledge of the tool and die industry, including engineering processes.
• Proven sales experience in manufacturing and plastic injection molds.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships.
• Self-discipline and the drive to work autonomously in a remote, outside sales role.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software.
• High School diploma or GED (College education preferred).

Responsibilities

• Increase market share by promoting and selling CTD products/services to new and existing customers.
• Build long-term relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and price quotes while managing the sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure customer standards are met and projects are delivered on time.
