Job summary

Omega Morgan, Inc. is seeking a Safety Manager to oversee all company disciplines, implement safety programs, provide training, and lead incident management across field and facility activities.

The role emphasizes driving a safety culture and regulatory compliance, with a focus on risk mitigation, audits, and continuous improvement. The position demands experience in heavy construction safety, leadership, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external agencies.

Qualifications

• BS Degree or equivalent work experience in the industry.
• 5+ years leadership with strategic safety program experience.
• 2-3 years crane and rigging safety protocols.
• BCSP Certification (STS-C, CHST, GSP, ASP, CSP) encouraged.
• Strong computer literacy: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement EHS programs and policies.
• Advise and coach on safety protocols and training.
• Lead risk reduction through hazard analysis and controls.
• Manage incident and near-miss investigation and root cause analysis.
• Conduct site safety audits and safety performance reviews.
• Maintain safety training database and prepare reports.
• Assist Safety Director with qualifications and customer health and safety plans.
• Represent company in client meetings and external agencies.
