Job summary

Omega Morgan is seeking a Safety Manager in El Paso, TX to oversee all company safety disciplines, implement safety programs, trainings, and incident management. The role leads risk assessment, audits, and regulatory compliance with a commitment to a strong safety culture.

The manager will supervise field and facility activities, support a Safety Director, and ensure OSHA and other regulations are followed, driving continuous improvement in safety performance.

Qualifications

• BS Degree or equivalent in a relevant field; strong EHS background preferred.
• Minimum 5 years leadership in safety programs within heavy construction industries.
• 1+ BCSP certification (STS-C, CHST, GSP, ASP, CSP).
• Experience with crane and rigging safety protocols is highly desirable.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SAP for reporting and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement EHS programs and policies.
• Coach teams on safety protocols, training, and compliance throughout operations.
• Lead hazard analyses and reduce risk exposure through effective controls.
• Manage incident and accident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Perform site safety audits and safety performance reviews across projects.
