Qualifications

• Minimum five years in operations or project leadership in industrial services.
• Strong grasp of P&L, budgets, and cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record in safety leadership and incident reduction.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate regional operations, sales, and admin activities to achieve growth, profitability, and safety goals.
• Serve as on-site leader with daily visibility to crews, supervision, and customers.
• Implement company strategy locally and adjust tactics to meet market demands.
• Ensure safe project execution and compliance with safety policies and regulations.
• Oversee pricing, estimating support, and proposal execution with the sales team.
• Manage branch P&L, costs, resources, and margins.
• Develop strategic client relationships in the Idaho market.
