Job summary

Brex is hiring Solutions Consultants to lead consultative, value-driven sales motions for a hybrid Seattle-based team. You’ll partner with Account Executives, translate complex Brex capabilities into business value, and tailor demos for technical and executive audiences.

In this role, you’ll guide deal strategy, anticipate objections, and work with Product, Engineering, Security, and CX to address customer requirements.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or similar customer-facing roles in SaaS.
• Ability to diagnose business problems, not just respond to requirements.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience presenting to senior stakeholders, including executive-level audiences.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to partner with Sales and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Understand customers' current state and challenges, reframing problems and identifying opportunities.
• Evaluate Brex as a strategic solution and craft value-driven narratives for diverse audiences.
• Partner with Account Executives to shape deal strategy and influence customer decisions.
