Job summary

Brex, a leading intelligent finance platform, is seeking a Solutions Consultant in Seattle. This hybrid role combines in-office collaboration with remote work, requiring three days in the office per week.

You’ll lead discovery, craft tailored demos, and partner with Account Executives to shape deal strategy in a fast-paced SaaS environment. As a trusted advisor, you will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Security, and CX to align solutions with customer goals and post-sale handoff.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or similar roles in SaaS.
• Strong discovery skills to diagnose business problems and identify opportunities.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience presenting to senior stakeholders and leading conversations with executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and shape the problem.
• Own the solution narrative and tailor demonstrations to customer needs.
• Drive deal strategy with Sales and influence customer decisions.
• Build trust and credibility as a trusted advisor throughout the process.
• Navigate cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Security, and CX.
