Job summary

Brex is seeking a Solutions Consultant to join our San Francisco team. This hybrid role blends in-office collaboration and remote work, with a requirement for three coordinated in-office days (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday) and up to four weeks of fully remote work per year.

You will partner with Account Executives to understand customer needs, shape the value narrative, and drive adoption of Brex solutions across sales cycles.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or similar customer-facing roles in SaaS.
• Strong discovery skills to diagnose business problems, not just respond to requirements.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience presenting to senior stakeholders, including executives.
• Strong collaboration with Sales and cross-functional teams.
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to create structure in evolving environments.
• Curiosity and a desire to continuously learn, improve, and refine your approach.

Responsibilities

• Understand current state and challenges and reframing problems.
• Evaluate Brex as a strategic solution and guide customer decision-making.
• Partner with Account Executives to shape deal strategy and influence decisions.
• Act as trusted advisor throughout the sales motion and provide guidance on best practices and future-state workflows.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Security, and CX teams to address requirements and ensure post-sales handoff.
