Job summary

Brex, based in San Francisco, is seeking a Solutions Consultant for a hybrid role that combines in-office collaboration with flexible remote work. You will lead discovery, translate complex capabilities into business value, and work with Account Executives to shape deal strategy and win outcomes.

Requirements include 3–6+ years in SaaS, strong discovery and executive communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across Product, Engineering, Security and CX teams.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or similar roles in SaaS.
• Strong discovery skills to diagnose business problems, not just respond to requirements.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience presenting to senior stakeholders, including executive audiences.
• Collaborative, cross-functional teamwork with Sales and product/engineering.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and create structure in evolving environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead consultative, value-driven sales motions with account teams.
• Shape deal strategy and guide customer decision-making.
• Ensure solutions align to real business outcomes, not just features.
• Partner with Account Executives and cross-functional teams.
