Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Technical Support Integration Specialist to lead end-user computing for site acquisitions. You will manage device lifecycle, provisioning, and onboarding of employees to the technology environment, ensuring day-one readiness.

The role requires traveling to acquisition sites globally (~80%), with on-call support during go-live and hyper-care phases. Strong communication and client-focused service are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field.
• 3 years of additional work experience in lieu of degree may be accepted.
• 5 years of relevant technical experience, including IT integration or large deployments.
• Willingness to travel 80% to acquisition sites, including international locations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-user computing workstream for acquisitions from planning to completion.
• Coordinate procurement, imaging, configuration, and validation of devices.
• Train acquired employees on VSE hardware and Microsoft 365 fundamentals.
• Validate end-user access, resolve gaps, and ensure go-live readiness.
• Triage incidents during go-live and hyper-care periods.
