Job summary

TeamCraft Roofing in Pineville, LA is seeking a Staff and Direct Sales Manager to lead the sales team toward profitability and growth, focusing on building long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

You will develop strategic plans, analyze market data, motivate the sales team, and ensure accurate pricing and reporting. Travel to client sites and trade shows may be required to promote services and expand market share.

Qualifications

• A.A. or equivalent from two-year college or technical school, or 4–6 years related sales management experience.
• Fluent knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Center Point, Salesforce and Raken.
• Knowledge of office procedures and general business material interpretation.
• Ability to read, analyze and write reports and present information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Acquire sales analysis of assigned geographic area and target service department roofing sales.
• Develop a business plan and sales strategy to achieve service sales goals and profitability.
• Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets in the territory.
• Review market analyses to determine customer needs, sales volume potential and pricing.
• Analyze sales statistics to determine sales potential and plan.
• Develop and oversee all Sales Team activities in the market.
• Establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the area.
• Use appropriate estimating channels to secure pricing outside MSAs.
• Represent the company at trade associations and meetings to promote services.
• Maintain accurate records of pricing, sales and activity reports.
• Adhere to company policies and communicate ethics within the team.
• Develop and maintain marketing and sales materials and current product knowledge.
