Job summary

TeamCraft Roofing is seeking a Staff and Direct Sales Team leader to drive profitability and growth in line with company vision. You will lead customer development, build long-term relationships with new and existing clients, and guide sales strategy across service areas including roof maintenance and emergency response.

The role requires strong sales management skills, travel willingness, and a track record of achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school, or four to six years of related experience in Sales Management
• Fluent knowledge of a variety of computer software such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Center Point, Salesforce, and Raken
• Ability to travel and work with diverse client base
• Strong communication, reports writing, and client relationship skills

Responsibilities

• Acquire sales analysis of assigned geographic area and target service department roofing sales
• Develop a business plan and sales strategy to achieve service sales goals and profitability
• Penetrate new markets in the service territory with action plans
• Review market analyses to determine customer needs and pricing
• Lead all Sales Team activities in the assigned market
• Expand customer base in the geographic areas
• Represent company at trade associations and meetings
